Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of the Green STEM Certification platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you’re using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to bind that organisation.
Accounts
Access is currently invite-only. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, and no submission of false or misleading information in support of a certification.
Certification
Certifications reflect an assessment based on the information and evidence you provide. We may verify submissions, and we may decline, suspend or revoke a certification where criteria are not met or where information is found to be inaccurate. A certification is not a warranty or guarantee of any particular outcome.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the platform, its content and the certification marks. You retain rights in the content you submit, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service and assess your application.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited as set out in your order or, where none applies, to the fees paid for the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to you.
